Do you think Jawaan is a hit among North Indian audiences because it's unlike anything they have seen before, like how RRR was for the Western audience?

I watched it in hindi without esubs in a hindi speaking region. people hooted and celebrated certain dialogues - especially the baap beta one - and looked star struck most of the time seeing the cinematography, which was indeed good. story wise, its new for bollywood. so its creating quite some buzz like we see. its definitely better than Pathaan. but I doubt whether it will do what RRR did to western audience.
RRR was totally foreign and new to them. Here, most of the hindi population has been exposed to south flavour either through dubbing films or over the recent past with multiple pan india targetted films coming from south. So i think the only novelty factor is their own superstar doing a south flavour film but in hindi. or in other words, its a tamil movie but made in hindi.
